2022 Estate Chardonnay

This shows the amazing intensity of the 2022 vintage. There’s lots of primary fruit—lemon essence, grapefruit and nectarine, and the pure fruit density has integrated the winemaking elements brilliantly. There’s superb salty creaminess from the lees plus lovely barrel spice, and the acid drive is something special.

2023 Estate Pinot Gris

The 2023 harvest has delivered a classic Pinot Gris. There’s plenty of intensity from the low yields balanced with soothing acidity, and the poached pear, apricot, almond and ginger hints are layered through a wine that is elegant and approachable at once.

2015 Estate Pinot Gris

Very pale pink; Paul Scorpo has a well deserved reputation for his Pinot Gris, and this isn’t going to let him down. Clear pear/poached pear fruit provides excellent mouthfeel, and the finish is long and well structured. 95 points. James Halliday, Halliday Wine Companion
