Mail orders are shipped using the Australia Post eparcel service. We endeavor to process and deliver wine orders within 5 working days of submission, however delivery times may vary from region to region.

Melbourne and Victoria $10 flat rate per order.

All other states of Australia $20 flat rate per order.

We will comply with the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1954 and will always offer a refund or exchange on goods that are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or where the nature of the goods has been mis-communicated.  In such cases please ensure that goods are returned in as close to original condition as possible (with the liquid inside) within 7 working days.
